I am about to go out for my 20 mile run (take that Michael...hehehe) OT - LG my you are energetic. I won't be back to 20 miles for about 4 months... ;) Of course, pushing an energetic 3 year old in a running stroller almost doubles every run as it is, LOL, and of course, he wants to talk all the way! :) wouldn't have it any other way...
