You certainly make a persuasive case that MSFT isn't guilty of this one, Too bad you're not on MSFT's defence team and I'm not the judge.

I was actually referring to several incidents I'm aware of, perhaps not brought up at trial, where MSFT pressured some manufacturers not to sign up to make Ellison's $500 internet appliance (remember that?). My understanding was that genuine cut-off-your-oxygen threats were made to keep mainstream boxmakers from getting involved. But of course if it wasn't brought up at trial, MSFT can't be found guilty.

I still think such behaviour's not playing fair, though, and a practice best avoided in future.
