doug, you may know more about keane than i do. my investment thesis here is simple.

1. good co. with great history and great balance sheet
2. price severely depressed due to Y2k tansition problems
3. co. is working hard to move its business over to web integration etc. and there is evidence it is working.
4. going forward, their market is due to rebound by Q2-3 and, in general, there will be great demand for IT/B2B consulting. (i also have taken positons in CATP, SCOC & LUMT)
5. my Tc2000 tech program has shown a marked change in recent weeks from selling to buying (BOP). This is confirmed by my other key indicator MoneyStream showing a very strong positive divergence to price.

That's my general formula: good co. with depressed price (due to transitory factors) in tech sector where demand is returning / increasing 20%+ confirmed by TA. I am not an expert on KEA specifically.
