MICHAEL A. SYLVER, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That I am a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada.
2. That I have full and accurate knowledge of the facts contained herein, save those items represented to be based upon information and belief and I am fully competent to testify to the same in a court of law.
3. Silicon Investors and Raging Bull through information and belief are aiding and abetting the defamation slander libel and tortious interference of Amazon Natural
Treasures, Inc. by not policing the Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s chat boards on each of their respective Websites.
4. For the past two years, Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. has been a victim of a viscous and malicious Cyber-Smear Campaign. Upon information and belief, it is part of a major campaign by a group of illegal stock shorters and manipulators who have grabbed a hold of Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. to short our stock and now wish to see the company fail. In doing this, they create a terminal short in the market whereby they will not have to buy back the millions of dollars of stock in which they have shorted.
5. Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. was forced to file a Federal law suit in connection with the kingpins of this illegal shorting ring - Civil Case No. CVS-98-01247-LDG(RLH).
6. Janice Shell has been constantly bashing and libeling Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., myself, Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s products and our stockholders on an average of twenty (20) hours per day.
7. Cynthia DeMonte and her company, DeMonte & Associates has been calling Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s stockholders and slandering the company in conjunction with a "pump and dump" stock play orchestrated by Dean Dumont.
8. Dean Dumont has been constantly bashing and libeling Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., myself, Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s products and our stockholders on a daily basis. He has also been harassing and threatening Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s vendors to destroy the sales efforts of Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.
9. D. Tod Pauly has been constantly bashing and libeling Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., myself, Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s products and our stockholders on a daily basis. He has also called many potential clients of Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. giving them false and misleading information to discredit Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. with his tortuous interference. Therefore, making it very difficult for Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. to conduct business.
D. Tod Pauly was instrumental in calling Mr. Tim Larkin of the NASD and spreading lies and rumors to him. D.Tod Pauly was influential in having Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. delisted from the OTCBB.
10. Jeffrey Mitchell has been constantly bashing and libeling Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., myself, Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s products and our stockholders on a daily basis. Through his contorted efforts, he has initiated a slanderous campaign against all of Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s products, including Nature's Taste. He has called Nature's Taste deadly and poisonous among other things.
11. CarlW has been constantly bashing and libeling Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc., myself, Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s products and our stockholders on a daily basis through his defamation slander and libel Cyber-Smear Campaign.
