In late '92 the IPO on CTEC ran from 5 to 18 in just a few months. So obviously, the street liked the story back then. In '93 with worries about health care reform and continued operating losses, CTEC started a long slide to nearly 1.

Today the story behind the stock is still intact, we now know that health care reform will not harm CTEC's earnings (in fact the opposite will probably occur), and the losses are coming to an end. It's not unthinkable that CTEC could head back into the teens over the next few months, after its year-long stagnation.
