The case against GIFS is very strong. The decision by the State of Tennessee was after doing an extensive investigation. You were first warned of this by Caroline and Diana back in January. The state had already started their investigation prior to that time and continued it until they had sufficient evidence for the attorney general's office to authorise the state to move in 2 days ago. Caroline and Diana did an excellent job forewarning everyone back then, and even though they were attacked by the majority they continued to warn everyone because of the potetial greater loss, which has now occurred. They could have backed off, but did not, because they cared for their fellow shareholders. There was never a conspiracy , except internally, and with several others. The May court hearing is simply procedural, and required by law. Do not doubt the evidence that has been compiled. It is very strong.
