Janice, Hmmm... Some affidavit. I do believe this may be a precedent setting case. This may indeed be the first time ever that the plaintiffs are slowly and deliberately crafting a diminished capacity plea before the defendants have even been legally served... BTW, I never knew that tonto had that much influence with the NASD. Remind me not to get on tonto's bad side. For revenge, he might playfully get the NASD to delist MSFT... <g> Isn't declaration #2 an oxymoron, given the other declarations in this affidavit? KJC
