RE: Elon It sounds like someone should write a "Java" type program that would translate the various separate codes and integrate these systems. Probably too much electromechanical interface for it to work. What we will see here is the normal struggle of a new system to take over the old. Some of the people at these air conditioning companies can't see the handwriting on the wall. They are in danger of becoming "Apples", in the sense that the market will pass by the companies that resist to buy from the companies that do go with the new protocol.
