"I'm sure they are motivated to address the issues as quickly as possible." Why Because any rational thinking business wants to retain customers, not lose them; any rational thinking business knows that a product with quality problems will eventually drive customers away if there are viable alternatives. Nothing I've seen from Quote.com suggests that they are stupid, blind, or insensitive to the issues. So, I make an assumption that they are highly motivated to move things forward. Pretty simple actually.
