What would happen to the stock price of INAI would depend on how much of a premium was paid.

In the short term, the price will be driven more by anticipation of the huge opportunities in this sector. There is a lot of talk that SAP will be involved in the huge Daimler Chrysler procurement venture, and anything in this area that SAP gets involved with is ripe for INAI also because of the close relationship between the two companies.
