Nor do I. I believe that this may be one of the main stealth methods that are being used today.

I also believe that the index options would be used for hedge. As you point out they pay out in cash .. not stock.

So then .. the stealth method could be:
sell in the money stock options while buying in the money index options.
Player receives cash from both sides and moves out stock undetected.

LG .. does this make sense to you?
