<This may not mean too much, but several TKLC insiders
sold shares during the first 2 weeks of February.

I believe that these insiders filed 144's, I'm not sure they have sold the shares, yet. At any rate, it doesn't mean much to me. If you look at Ascher, he has over 3.5M shares(direct and indirect) and has filed to sell 100K or about 3% of his holdings. Given the run up in the stock I would be surprised if the insiders didn't take some of their holdings off of the table. Especially given the current market conditions.

I don't know about you, but, I've lightened up on some of the stocks that I hold that have huge advances. Its not that I don't like the company's or don't think the stocks will go higher, its just that the market is very unsettled.

All that said, I have a core holding of TKLC which I'm not going to sell, because I believe that the company will be acquired sometime in the next year and probably for $75-100/share.

If the key insiders reduce their positions by 25-50% I'll worry. These numbers are tiny and I'd do the same thing they're doing if I were them.
