And remember that the FCC CAUSED the initial problem with NW by allowing them to bid for the whole auction and THEN declaring that they did not like their foreign ownership and made them get rid of a large percentage of the Hyundai ownership. Wihtout that, they would probably have completed the initial sale.

It is interesting to try to figure out what agenda the FCC really has in all this. It is truly NOT getting the spectrum used as soon as possible.
