I think companies that do not heed their client's wishes
pay for it in the end...I have seem more and more posters
leave SI and go to Yahoo and RB....Coke learned their lesson, relented and went back to classic coke....Edsel almost wiped out Ford Motor Company...the tradgedy is that you have. no doubt, spent a lot of money turning a simple,
user friendly system into a Rube Goldberg contraption.
Even mighty IBM whose lack of attention to customer's wishes, relented, got a new chairman, and resumed their place in the market.........
