Don't count on Aber going to the Supreme Court just yet.
Aber is going to need tons of Cash as the Delay has now cost them an aditional 100Mil Dollars.
With all the problems they are having and if they don't get approval soon they will have trouble raising any more money as the delay could cost them another 2 to 3 years.
The Indians are really pissed at Aber and don't count on Aber getting approval anytime soon.
Winspear will be in production long before Aber.
