I'm reminded of an essay I read, "The Libido For The Ugly" (Mencken? Who...?)

Talked about how Americans build the ugly. They actually seem to like it.

Who are the guys who designed this place?

It is sooo immature, aesthetically. Thank god they're not architects.

So unrefined.

It's Cain sugar.

What kinda brains do they have? Reptilian? Beady eyes, whatever it is. HAS to be. They seem to be edge-oriented. They think negative space is flat-out dangerous. Balance, asymmetry, scale, discernability, order ~

Thank goodness these guys aren't in my class. I'd just have to tell them come back in a few years. Or lifetimes.

Is there anyone over 21?

Is there anyone with skills other than programming?

With any life? Experience?
