Morgan, it doesn't take you long, does it? <vbg> IMHO, CDO is repositioning its business model for a complete focus on eBusiness, and this has effected its top line. Need to find some CDO experts to come and add value to this discussion, for all I can add are some brief observations I've had of the company from the outside. Regarding spinoffs, I'm hearing rumors that it's in the cards. Nothing certain that I can point to, but I think CDO realizes they have to get some of the value trapped within the company more exposure, and this just might be the lever. Teflon
