Yes, retooling is in order for them - it looks very old-world as a set up (they pay dividends!). Their float and shares outstanding is large. Quite a bit of work seems to me - but if they can pull it off... Spinoffs are a MUST - there is no other way for them to catch any fire with the mo-mo crowd otherwise, IMHO - too many other options.
