Elmer, Jerry won't do this because enhancing shareholder value is not high on his priority list and Jerry calls the shots. Continuing his relentless vendetta against Intel is Jerry's motivation and until AMD shareholders throw the bum out there will be a restraint on AMD's shareprice potential. Sanders makes the company's goals quite clear. Investors such as yourself obviously believe that AMD has a competitive product and a shot at major earnings increases. It takes about 1 second to unload your AMD stock if you aren't satisfied. Please feel free to do so. Scumbria
