I will take a stab at this. For starters, they use a GEO so there will be a voice delay. G's quality is equal to digital cell. Aces does indeed have a good business plan and I will probably take a position in PSNRY soon. The unserved market is huge IMO and I think there is plenty of room for both Aces and G in those regions. G*'s fixed site option should be an advantage over Aces for that need in those regions. I don't believe Aces has that option but I could be wrong. An Aces customer will still have to see the sat in order to connect so no advantage there.
