Contract law provides for different remedies in different circumstances. For eg. mining contracts are applied diffently then a contract to buy a house. If you don't make your house payment the finance company can't immediatly reposess it. There would need to be a period of grace given. This dispute will be settled as it pertains to Mining Contract and the more recent the case history the more applicable it will be. Good luck here. To busy short term trading to pay much attention to this long drawn out process. Regards bk
