brian, fancy meeting you here! i heard march 25, but i often hear wrong. i also heard, i think, that the stock must be selling at no less than 72, i think, 60 days after the IPO (would that be april 4?)in order for them to be permitted to sell 25% of the stock - i don't know if that means 25% of all the outstanding stock or 25% of the insiders' holdings. perhaps you could call their stockholder relations and let us know. i have spoken to them once and i don't like to go to the well too often. all the best. jack
