jack, this type of offering is no longer "bizarre"...has happened 5 times or so in last 6 months according to recent WSJ article...this is mainly driven by the venture co's who want to cash in early and move on to their next endeavor(im sure the insiders also enjoy becoming instant million/billionares too<gg>)...goodluck. mact
