We're all aware of what it means when the Dryers start to sell, they built the place. I don't blame them, in their place i'd take the money and run, they certainly don't owe us anything and they share no responsibility for their successors running down the site. But it's definitely a sign to be aware of in regards to the inflated share price, eh.
