Gerald.. I'm sorry but I asked him again and he was involved in the private placement.. Therefore the projections came from the Private placement prospectus. Still When I called IR here is the answers I got to some very important messages. Full reporting in April. Apply for NASDAQ listing shortly thereafter. Audited financial due any day. Audited financials will show no Debt.. Currently Cash positive. SEC approval as early as this week. Been Waiting since Early this month. 28m outstanding *1m float.. (I think this number is wrong. I have seen a number of 4.5m that sounds more realistic considering recent volume / movement). 4:1 split to increase liquidity, create retail interest, and satisfy institutional demands.. Supposedly some "Big Boys" are interested.. Good Luck, M
