Thanks for the answer, Marshall. I appreciate it. One observation for now. If there are 28 mm shares now there will be 112,000,000 AFTER the 4-1 split. Yet all the projected shares prices for years 1-5 in the Private Placement Prospectus are predicated on 11 mm shares. That makes a whole lot of difference! Any comment from anyone would be appreciated.
