Ice Claims Diamond Exploration; Elkford, British Columbia

During July and August, Skeena completed an in-fill, bulk-stream sediment geochemical sampling program for diamond indicator
minerals on the Ice Claims. The « cubic yard samples were gravity concentrated with a sluice box to produce a concentrate
which was further reduced by heavy media liquid separation at Loring Laboratories of Calgary. Selected grains of pyrope garnet,
chromite and ilmenite will be sent to a research laboratory this winter for electron micro-probe analyses.

Applications are pending for machine trenching of the three exposed kimberlite pipes (Bonus, Ram 5 and Ram 6). This program,
which will commence next spring, is designed to better understand the facies composition of the pipes.

Forty additional contiguous claim units were staked in order to protect the expanded area of geochemical coverage.
