You would not be speaking of buying COMS to get PALM would you? If so, do you really think COMS is worth $50.00 per share without PALM??

Yes to the first q. No to the second, I think COMS is worth around $35. Subtract that from $80 and you get $45, divided by 1.5 is $30. Palm at IPO will IMHO be repriced to around $25 - $30, so there is possibly a small premium on the theoretical IPO price (theoretical because the likes of us wont be getting any without buying COMS)
