Arb percentage will increase as the PALM price increases. There will be a 6 month time value factored into the price of COMS and this will be discounted. COMS holders will essentially be holding 6 month options on PALM. Palm will reach absurd prices in the first few days/weeks/months of the IPO, but the Arb % on COMS will grow the more absurd the price gets. Distribution day is going to be crazy.
