 purchased an Entice! site license for US$250,000 (plus support and services).

 with their sales, marketing, and customer service divisions. The software
 includes easy-to-implement Web site personalization and e-commerce
 functionality in addition to software applications that automate the process

 profiles, and stepping customers through a repeatable sales process -- all of
 which is accomplished at fractional cost and effort to comparable solutions.
 
 NewSouth Communications currently offers a comprehensive selection of
 products including high-speed Internet access, data, local exchange, long
 distance, and enhanced telecommunications services, all on one invoice, in the
 nine-state BellSouth region. It is anticipated that NewSouth will have over
 200 employees using the solution within the next year.
