NEW YORK, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- ProNetLink.com© (OTC Bulletin Board: PNLK - news), the Global Trade Internetwork(TM), that provides B2B E-commerce export/import solutions, today announced that it has signed a broad-based sales, development and marketing agreement with TRICOM based in Egypt. TRICOM's parent companies, El Tawuk Group Holdings and ENCOM, hold a leadership position in the Egyptian market in telecommunications, information technology and Internet development. In addition to ProNetLink.com, the organization represents Lucent Technologies, Dow Chemical, Premisys Communication Ltd., and other international firms that see the importance of importing and exporting with the Egyptian marketplace.
The TRICOM agreement comes as a direct result of ProNetLink.com's participation in the recent U.S. Trade Mission to the Middle East that was led by US Secretary of Commerce Mr. William Daley. The TRICOM/ProNetLink.com trade development program also has the full support of the Egyptian Government. The final agreement required several months of cooperative negotiations with TRICOM Management in order to develop a comprehensive sales and marketing program that is geared specifically to the region and will help bolster Egypt's global trade presence. Enterprise solutions included in ProNetLink.com are targeted to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME's) and include procurement, logistics, insurance, finance, compliance, news and many other key services that are needed for a e-commerce trade transaction.

Under the terms of the agreement, ProNetLink.com and TRICOM will work together to market the ProNetLink.com product to companies in Egypt. The Egyptian development and sales program will consist of these segments:

The Egyptian Internet market is expected to triple over the next year and is currently served by approximately 60 ISP's in 18 Cities.
ProNetLink.com will arrive in Egypt the third week in March to participate in the formal contract signing and press conference. Both the US and the Egyptian Governments have expressed interest in participating in the event. TRICOM and the Egyptian government are promoting this strategic alliance as an important development in the Egyptian Internet expansion and a major news event.
