Copied from PCES thread at Raging Bull (Not my posting!). ***************************************** Please excuse my ignorance here, but what am I missing? I just read the 10Q which lists 5.3M common and 2.9M preferred. Now if the decision is made to liquidate the business, 2M cash on hand is payable only to preferred shareholders. Why would we presume that course of action will not be taken? ********************************************** Any comments? Roberto
