This phrase does not sound very encouraging for INEL shareholders and may explain the lack of stock action:

Under the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro will pay a total

of $78 million, subject to adjustment, in a combination of cash and

assumption of liabilities in excess of current assets.

I don't have time to dig up the balance sheet info to try and determine what this actually means, but its sures sounds like IM made a great deal :-(
