FEB 28, 2000, M2 Communications - LONDON -- The X-Stream Network, the UK's first FREE ISP, has announced a new content partnership with Virgin Net (http://www.virgin.net), the UK's No.1 entertainment and leisure service online, to bring more news and information to the UK's third largest FREE ISP audience.
