It depends. In this case, SBAS is dropping on decreasing volume, so it just makes me think that there are fewer sellers...people are not rushing to the doors as the price drops. Increased volume here might be alarming. Appears to me to just be pulling back to support...very healthy, does not affect the overall uptrend of the stock, IMHO. Would appreciate more TA opinions.
