Larry you need to get your head out! PAIR is the worst performer among the DSL equities. Shareholder value has been destroyed by current management. The "big fat premium" did zero for shareholders and was nothing more than a ploy for management to take out the garbage ahead of an eventual sale. Shareholders would have been better served by betting on another horse, because this one, thankfully, is headed for the glue factory...
