Jim, on EBSC, I agree. By the way, I think this demonstrates that even with these cheap, balance-sheet play stocks you need to see a catalyst plus some non-balance sheet margin of safety, to really feel comfortable. The 13D holders were my catalyst when I bought it and in effect have now come through (we hope). My margin of safety was very good November sales results which if repeated for December (which they were not) would have given outstanding yearend results and a nice bump in the price.

For a while there I was nervous if our thread's 3 buyer rule was going to fail. It seems not at this point.
