News of promotions at AMES is extremely interesting, since the need for improvements are very few. So, the natural view is that the results of last year has been more than satisfactory to reward the two executives with more responsibility.

Only thing I can mention is the price points and limited upscaling, and modern advertizing for the COO and more brightness in all AMES stores for store operations.
