True, but at the same time you are ignoring the issues that Quest (plus US West) is likely to have when the debt markets become inhospitable. Quest is going to need to raise significant amounts of cash to upgrade many of US West's markets to handle more advanced services. It will probably be in a better boat than Global Crossing due to the cash flow provided by US West's businesses but its still going to hurt. Obewon
