Internet Business's International Unveils Digital Subscriber Line Services

Internet Business's International Unveils Digital Subscriber Line
Services

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb 28, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Internet Business's
International Inc. (OTC BB:IBUI), www.ibui.net, Monday announced that its
full-service Internet Service Provider and main data center, LA Internet,
www.lainet.com, will provide DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) services offering
customers with broadband Internet access at an affordable price beginning March
1, 2000.

DSL Internet Access is a new high-speed, always-on service that enables
customers to transfer data, graphics, audio and video files at speeds up to 100
times faster than standard analog modems.

DSL technology runs over existing telephone lines allowing customers to
simultaneously make a phone call and access information via the Internet or an
office local area network without an additional phone line.

"As mass market DSL services become more available, consumers and businesses
will benefit from vastly improved Internet response times for retrieving and
transmitting data. This deployment is the first step in Internet Business's
plans to deliver DSL technology to major population centers nationwide," said Al
Reda, chief executive officer of Internet Business's International.

"LA Internet recognizes the value of the data communications market for our
customers and business. Internet Business's International's first and aggressive
rollout of DSL technology delivers on our commitment to support our customer's
data needs with the speed necessary, so they can take greater advantage of the
power of the Internet," added Reda.

LA Internet is equipped with the capability of taking pre-orders and is offering
a promotional package that includes free installation of the DSL Internet
Service to the first 1,000 subscribers. In addition to supplying DSL services,
LA Internet provides comprehensive Web-hosting and Web design services offering
business customers a simple way to establish and maintain a presence on the
Internet.

Internet Business's International of Newport Beach is a diversified
Internet-based business, offering nationwide Internet connection and hosting
services through its LA Internet subsidiary as well as operating a number of
e-commerce Web sites in wide range of Internet market segments.
