Why AVNX was so attractive?

They were the first on the market to deliver DWDM devices using interleave technology so that they have significant cost advantages over its competitors.

Why AVNX should not be attractive anymore?

Almost every one, GLW, ETEK, JDSU, Oplink and many small startups all have developed similar interleave DWDM products now. There is no cost advantage anymore for AVNX. They only have one product but with the similar market value of ETEK while ETEK has more than 50 products in volume productions. In addition, the founders of AVNX owns more than 90 % of shares and they are going to sell part of the shares soon, in less than 3 months..

Smart guys know where the money should go. It is that simple.

Good luck for all.
