Is that new news, or old news? I didn't see anything about that today. I still think it's primarily the downgrade. Downgrades have a tendency, in highly volatile stocks, to produce rapid, steep, falloffs. I haven't seen contract changes or announcements have such surprising effects. Whenever companies put out down/upgrades, they make sure their major clients know about it so they can act. This tends to create a herd effect. Contract announcements tend to filter through the investment community a little more slowly.
