Is that new news, or old news? I didn't see anything about that today.
I still think it's primarily the downgrade. Downgrades have a tendency, in highly volatile stocks, to produce rapid, steep, falloffs.

The analyst at Cowen must have felt pretty mightily powerful right now if his/her downgrade could cause a drop of 20%.
As a matter of fact, it is not.
