Doug, re: "PAIR is the worst performer amongst the DSL equities". Historically speaking you are absolutely correct, as the numbers don't lie. However, as I'm sure you've seen it happen time and time again, yeterday's underperformers often tend to be tomorrow's winners e.g. MRVC and CIEN! To sell only out of spite for the current and former management team at this juncture is IMHO simply a bad investment decision. If on the other hand you have done your dd on ADCT and still think the combo and potential still stink, I'd love to hear your rational, as I think this very well may be one of the better performing DSL's going forward. As for the "fat premium" from GSPN, perhaps without it, you / I receive only .33 or less! Besides, the sale proceeds still resides with PAIR and eventually ADCT. It's premature to declare that shareholders received "zero". lj
