I not sure if I was clear on my thoughts about AG. He sees a current tax cut as inflationary. He currently would like any surplus used to pay the debt down. In the future, tax cuts could be used to stimulate a sluggish economy.

Tax cuts would be a more effective economic stimulation then government spending programs. However, more tax money does equal more new programs.
