Not sure if that is really much of anything. I didn't see mention of any loss of business anywhere in any of the articles (including your attachment) by CNXT. Could be, but could also be that Qualcomm is expanding the number of providers they buy from.
Regardless, should it be true, it is acting in tandem with a downgrade. That is particularly bad.
However, you'll notice that I pointed out "in volatile stocks" downgrades have sufficient effect to produce such an outcome as this. That's true, I've seen it before. Has nothing to do with "power", more to do with overall volatility of a stock. CNXT has a speculative edge to it, lots of daytrading. Downgrades will hurt stocks like that.
