Xerox and WebLink Wireless Team to Offer Remote, Wireless Document
Access; MobileDoc(TM) Service Offers Convenience and Flexibility to
Mobile Professionals

NEW ORLEANS, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Forgotten documents and frantic phone calls to the office are a thing of the past for mobile professionals using
MobileDoc(TM), a new remote document access solution developed by Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX - news), available through WebLink Wireless Inc.
(Nasdaq: WLNK - news) as part of a value-added services package. MobileDoc is a software application that allows people to fax and e-mail documents
remotely from mobile phones, handheld computers and two-way wireless data devices.

``Today's wireless data access solutions are missing a critical piece of the puzzle: the ability to control and distribute documents remotely,' said Clarence
Wesley, general manager of Xerox Mobile Solutions, a business unit of Xerox chartered with developing products and services for the wireless market. ``By
working with WebLink Wireless' nationwide wireless data network, Xerox is able to tap into this unmet demand.'

MobileDoc eliminates frustrations that mobile professionals face such as an unexpected need for documents, remote access difficulties, and dependence on
support from the corporate office. With MobileDoc, mobile professionals can request documents at any time without needing to dial up, log on or call for help.
Through WebLink Wireless' nationwide network, customers will have access to key documents, eliminating the need to carry heavy laptops or briefcases full of
papers. Sales professionals, for example, can have the appropriate sales literature sent to a nearby fax machine or e-mail address at the touch of a button.

``By combining the document handling expertise of Xerox with the wireless data strength of WebLink Wireless, MobileDoc can provide convenience to our
corporate customers and help them become more responsive to their business contacts,' said John D. Beletic, chairman and CEO of WebLink Wireless.
``Essentially, we're helping reduce the distance between mobile professionals and the information they need.'

WebLink Wireless will offer MobileDoc on the Motorola PageWriter 2000X. The service involves thin client software on the device that manages a virtual
document repository of representations, or tokens, of actual documents residing on a networked desktop computer. Customers select a document from the
repository and indicate where the document should be sent, then the request is sent wirelessly to the MobileDoc server. The server repository, which resides
behind the corporate firewall, runs on a Windows NT server and can be updated wirelessly and managed from a PC.
