I told you where the hell I was. I trade on what value I can see with my own eyes. Your contest predictions were laughable!! HEG's reserves are QUESTIONABLE!!!! HEG's production is a joke, and they tried to DUPE the public by reporting inconsistent production numbers. The management is incapable of exploiting any reserves they may have because of incompetence. Thus a joint endeavor.

But, this deal only gives you shareholders the ability to get some production realized but at a price!

Now, back to values. 49 million sh's out at $1.00 is a market cap of a junior producer. Which HEG is not EVEN a junior producer yet.

Renata has a $54 million M/C and produces 4,200 BOE/d with new sizable discoveries made recently. Elk Point has a $87 million M/C with almost 5,000 BOE/d and involved in two high impact plays that will prove out.

So what makes you think that HEG is worth $1.75 today?

I think YOU have given everybody the full monty!!!
