To all: Shareholder class action lawsuit in the works in Florida. The original shareholders of Spectrum Management (now known as GIFS)...the "Rule 144" holders are gonna land another bomb. If you have interest in joining suit...I'll post attorney's # and info..as soon as I receive it.
