Unbooked market values for ADCT-
Go listen to the last quarter ADCT CC call. The CFO stated that he only recognized a fraction of the approx. $750 million unrealized gains on their investments. It was this comment among others made in the CC (the CEO is giving guidance of 30-35% sales growth up from 25-30%) that told me this deal is OK in my book. Its about as close to a win win situation for both ADCT and PAIR shareholders that was possible in my opinion.
